• Your form is stored securely using Google Forms and Google Drive, which are GDPR-compliant platforms.

• Access is restricted to me (the class facilitator), and your details are never shared or sold.

How Long We Keep It:

• Your information is retained for a minimum of 6 months after your last class, or as legally required for safeguarding or insurance.

You can request to see, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing me directly at jane.davies@live.co.uk.
