That’s exactly why I created The Sound Space, a calm space where you can press pause and simply be.
I’m Jane, and my journey into wellness has been shaped by years of exploring practices that support both body and mind.
I’ve trained in yoga, meditation, breath work, and sound therapy, and over time I’ve seen just how powerful gentle, intentional practices can be. They help us slow down, release tension, and reconnect with a sense of calm.
My sessions use frosted crystal sound bowls and koshi bells to create deeply soothing, immersive sound experiences. There’s nothing you need to do, just lie or sit down, get comfy and cosy, and rest while the sound and vibrations wash over you.
I don't teach you to relax, I create the conditions where your body remembers how to.
It’s a space to rest and calm your nervous system, and leave feeling lighter and more grounded.
