Take an hour just for you, a pause from the noise, the screens, and the constant doing all the time.
This is your space to rest, reset, and reconnect with yourself 💛
During the session, you’ll simply lie down, get cosy, and allow the lovely tones of the crystal sound bowls, and chimes to wash through your body and mind. These soothing vibrations and tones help calm your nervous system, release tension, and guide you into a deep state of relaxation.
The best bit.... You don’t need to do anything, nothing to do but rest and relax.
What to bring:
Yoga mats are provided, but please feel free to bring your own.
Blankets and a cushion, for comfort and to feel warm and cosy (highly recommended).
Optional, socks, water bottle, eye pillow or extra layer to stay warm during relaxation.

Sound baths are safe for most people, but they may not be suitable if you are in the first and third trimester of pregnancy, have epilepsy, or certain heart conditions.
Also they are not suitable if you have any metal implants or a pacemaker as the vibrations can interfere with the device.
It is always best advised to check with your GP/Healthcare provider before attending a sound bath with a pre-existing condition.
