Evening Sound Bath - The Studio HULL

Friday Evening Sound Baths are a lovely way to switch off after the week, and take a little time just for you to do absolutely nothing but rest.

During the session, you’ll simply lie down, get cosy, and allow the lovely tones of the crystal sound bowls, and chimes to wash through your body and mind.

The soothing sounds, vibrations and tones help calm your nervous system, release tension, and help guide you into a deep state of relaxation, and although not guaranteed (as everyone experiences the sound and vibrations differently), people say that they sleep really well after a Sound bath.

What to bring:

  • Yoga mats are provided, but please feel free to bring your own.

  • Blankets and a cushion, for comfort and to feel warm and cosy (highly recommended) Also an extra blanket or something extra to lay on really helps to keep you lovely and comfy during the class.

  • Optional, socks, water bottle, eye pillow or extra layer to stay warm during relaxation.

Sound baths are safe for most people, but they may not be suitable if you are in the first and third trimester of pregnancy, have epilepsy, or certain heart conditions.

Also they are not suitable if you have any metal implants or a pacemaker as the vibrations can interfere with the device.

It is always best advised to check with your GP/Healthcare provider before attending a sound bath with a pre-existing condition.
