Rest is your superpower, Not productivity. Not pushing through. Not 'I will rest when it's done.' Rest.

10 minutes with headphones on, enjoying the sounds of a crystal sound bath. Reading without guilt. A bath that's not rushed, or simply lying down and doing absolutely nothing

You do not have to earn rest. You do not have to be 'productive enough' to deserve it. Your body is asking for it right now. And that whisper really is worth listening to.
